How does CBC calculate shipping charges?
Rather than using a percentage or a flat per item charge, CBC chooses to pass along the cost we anticipate being charged by the carrier you select.
What are my shipping options?
If you reside in the Continental US you can have packages shipped by any method of UPS. Those customers as well as those who live in HI, AK or anyplace US Mail is standard can select USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail. Those in Canada will be contacted with their postage charges for approval after their order has been placed. If your area is not listed among these you can e-mail us for a shipping quote.
What is the minimum order?
In order to serve you better we have a $10 minimum order on any order placed.
I am trying to order something, but the site won't allow me to. What's wrong?
We attempt to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. If we are out of stock the site will not allow you to order it. Some items that are not currently available will be coming back into inventory, but others are waiting to be removed from the site. We do not accept backorders.
I don't like to use my credit card online. Can I send a check?
Yes. Here are our rules...- Place your order through our site using the "Sending a Check" option in the credit card box.
- Mail your check for the full amount of the order immeditately. Your check must arrive within 5 business days of when you place your order or the items you've ordered will be returned to inventory and made available for sale.
- We will wait for the check to clear the bank before shipping the product (to speed this process use a Cashier's Check or Money Order).
Can I get a catalog from CBC?
We do not print a catalog at this time. For the most up to date representation of our product you should bookmark our site and check our Latest Arrivals page.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Because we ship so quickly, orders for in stock product can not be cancelled once shipped. Product in saleable condition can be returned for credit, but the buyer is responsible for cost of return shipment.
